On the occasion ot the European Public Health Week, and especially on its first day, dedicated to the topic "Communicating Science and Health", PHIRI is glad to host a short presentation of a case study realized by our colleagues from the Institute of Preventive Medicine and Public Health of Faculdade de Medicina (Universidade de Lisboa). The case study to be presented and discussed shows the COVID-19 pandemic impact on engagement patterns of Facebook pages of four main Public Health agencies. In Infodemic management it becomes crucial that the public engages with evidence-based correct information published by international public health agencies on social media.
